Ervin has held the positions of Senior Financial Analyst for the Baptist Hospital System of Nashville, Senior Financial Officer for Medicare.com and parent company Medx Publishing. In addition, Ervin was instrumental in the acquisition of Medicaid.com which was sold to United Healthcare Group and was responsible for the negotiations and ultimate sale of Medicare.com to eHealth Insurance (NASD: EHTH). Ervin holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University.
Matthew C. Wallis, DC

Director, Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder of IMAC Holdings since March 2015. Wallis is the Founder of IMAC Regeneration Center of Kentucky which opened in August 2000 and has been a licensed chiropractor in Kentucky since 1998, during which he established the first Integrated Medicine and Chiropractic ("IMAC") Regeneration Center. During this time, Wallis has implemented consistent operating efficiencies for all IMAC clinics. Wallis holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life University.
Ian A. White, Ph.D.
Chief Scientific Officer
Chief Science Officer of IMAC Holdings since August 2018. White is a leading expert in the field of regenerative medicine with 20 years of experience, and Founder and CSO of BioFirma www.neocyte.com. White holds an adjunct position at Miami University Healthcare and Bascom Palmer Eye Institute where he leads the Transnational Ocular Regenerative Medicine Unit. He is Chairman of the Scientific Committee for the American Association of Stem Cell Physicians and holds a Ph.D. from the Ansary Stem Cell Institute of Cornell University.
