Jeffrey S. Ervin
Chief Executive Officer and Director
Chairman, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder of IMAC Holdings since March 2015. Ervin has held the positions of Senior Financial Analyst for the Baptist Hospital System of Nashville, Senior Financial Officer for Medicare.com and parent company Medx Publishing. In addition, Ervin was instrumental in the acquisition of Medicaid.com which was sold to United Healthcare Group and was responsible for the negotiations and ultimate sale of Medicare.com to eHealth Insurance (NASD: EHTH). Ervin holds a MBA from Vanderbilt University.
David "Deke" Ellwanger is the founding President of HealthSpring which sold to Cigna and has also been involved with three IPOs.
Mr. Hampton joined Currax Pharmaceuticals in April of 2019 as Chief Executive Officer and serves on its board of directors. Prior to joining Currax, Mr. Hampton served as executive vice president, primary care business unit for Horizon Pharmaceuticals (HZNP), a public biopharmaceutical company.
Matthew C. Wallis, DC
Chief Operating Officer and Director
Director, Chief Operating Officer & Co-founder of IMAC Holdings since March 2015. Wallis is the Founder of IMAC Regeneration Center of Kentucky which opened in August 2000 and has been a licensed chiropractor in Kentucky since 1998, during which he established the first Integrated Medicine and Chiropractic ("IMAC") Regeneration Center. During this time, Wallis has implemented consistent operating efficiencies for all IMAC clinics. Wallis holds a Doctor of Chiropractic (DC) degree from Life University.
Dean Weiland is the former Chief Executive Officer of Cogent Healthcare, Inc. and Founder and COO of Renal Advantage Inc.
